How long does it take to confirm my order?
Orders are confirmed asap, depending on your form of payment. Please check your email for the Order Confirmation.
Can I modify my order after I've placed it?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!
Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

May I buy products directly at your warehouse or shop?
All purchases at 4MEGlam have to be made online - but get in touch via our Social Media channels or the Contact us section in our shop for any offline sales events that we host.
Can I order through email?
Unfortunately not! - While we love talking to our customers and look forward to any feedback that you might have - have a look at the Contact us section of our page - we encourage placing your orders online to guarantee the fastest processing.
I am facing problems ordering through my mobile device or Desktop
Our website, www.4meglam.sg, is compatible with most mobile devices and browsers. Have you tried closing and re-opening your browser? Did you try clearing the cache before logging onto www.4meglam.sg again? If you continue to face problems, please send a screenshot of the error to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
Will my package be charged customs?
All cross-border orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country importing the goods. We try hard to simply the process by making sure you do not incur additional expense beyond the order and / or shipping total. However, sometimes you may still be charged unexpected fees – sorry! 4MEGlam assumes no responsibility for those custom fees incurred. All fees must be paid by the recipient.
What kind of payment method may I use at 4meglam.sg?
At the moment, our payments are processed through major credit cards. If you catch us at an offline sales event, you can of course pay cash!
Why does my Order Status show “payment pending”? Should I re-create a new order?
Depending on your form of payment, most payments are processed immediately. Once the order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com and do not re-create your order to prevent duplication.
What are the delivery options and how much is shipping?
We ship directly from Singapore to you. Shipping may take longer when we have some crazy promotions or a new launch or extreme weather, so be patient my dear friend! Our Shipping cost is S$3.80 for deliveries in Singapore S$20 everywhere else.
When do I get my order?
Our products usually – important word usually – ship within 1 BUSINESS day (business days do not include weekends or holidays)! Within Singapore we will try our best to deliver your order within 2-3 working days, we know you can’t wait to get your hands on these beauties! International delivery depends strongly on the speed of local providers but we strive to find the ones that get you your products fastest.
How do I get my orders? Do I have to be at home to receive it?
No need to worry, your order will be sent by Singpost. And no, you don’t need to be at home to receive it since our standard package size (SIZE) allows for it to be dropped into your mailbox. We made sure to make things as convenient as possible for you.
Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse or shop?
We believe in delivering your very own personal box with amazing products to you, so unfortunately, we do not offer self-collection. Also, we do not have a shop (yet :)). Do follow us on Social Media though to catch us at one of our offline sales events!
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
We are so sorry for the delay with your package! Firstly - don't worry, we will figure out what went wrong. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate to get the product to you as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Oops! This has happened to even the best of us at some time or other. Not to worry! If it happens to you, please email email@example.com immediately so we can make the change before your personal box is sent on its way. In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, 4MEGlam will not be liable for any replacement or refund. Why? Because unfortunately our logistics provider will charge an additional cost for any change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong or invalid address.
What do I do if I receive a defective item? Do I get a replacement?
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email address, delivery address and details of exact date you received the faulty item. Don't forget to add an image of the faulty item received. Please do not discard the item just yet as we strive to bring you the best quality always and any help to improve is appreciated. If we ascertain the cause of the defect is due to 4MEGlam's manufacturing or shipping and delivery process, we will be happy to replace it with another product. Note that we will not provide a replacement product if: we cannot check the defective product, or if the cause of the defect is not due to 4MEGlam’s manufacturing or shipping process… or if the item is no longer in stock.
What do I do if I don’t like the product? Can I return it and get a replacement?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. Also, our babies traveled all the way from Singapore to you, think carbon footprint!
What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?
Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear this :(. For hygiene reasons, we have a strict no return, refund or exchange policy. If you have a history of sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend that you buy only one item at a time to test it for reaction… before buying a few items. We hope this is helpful!
Can I test the products before buying them online?
We are an online store, so we do not have an option to test or see the products before purchasing them. But we are the go-to beauty destination in Southeast Asia, because we try to curate and only bring in products that meet Southeast Asia customer needs AND we do give away free samples occasionally so be sure to check in regularly!
Will my personal information be shared with third parties?
Of course not. 4meglam.sg believe in treating others how we want to be treated! All information is kept private and confidential. We do not share or sell your personal details with third parties.
I am having problems logging into my account
If you receive a message stating that your email address/password is not recognized - please follow the steps below:
- Please clear your cache and browser history.
- Close and open your browser.
- Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered yourself with.
- If you have forgotten the email address you used for your account, please click on ‘Forgot your email account / account name’ or send an email to email@example.com and we will get back to you.
- If you are unable to recall your password, click on “Forgot your password?” link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account.
If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked temporarily for security reasons. You will need to close your browser and re-open it after 30 minutes to sign in again with correct credentials. If you continue to experience problems, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details and screenshots.
How do I tell you if I am changing my delivery address?
Just go to 4meglam.sg, and log into ‘My Account’. From here, you will be guided on how to edit your delivery details. As with everything else, email us from your registered email address to email@example.com in case you need help.
Can I get a list of ingredients for a product?
Please see either the product description or the back of the box for the list of ingredients.
Do you offer product samples?
Sometimes! We like to involve everyone into our process of producing and selecting the best products.
