What are the delivery options and how much is shipping?
We ship directly from Singapore to you. Shipping may take longer when we have some crazy promotions or a new launch or extreme weather, so be patient my dear friend! Our Shipping cost is S$3.80 for deliveries in Singapore and S$20 everywhere else.
When do I get my order?
Our products usually – important word usually – ship within 1 BUSINESS day (business days do not include weekends or holidays)! Within Singapore we will try our best to deliver your order within 2-3 working days, we know you can’t wait to get your hands on these beauties! International delivery depends strongly on the speed of local providers but we strive to find the ones that get you your products fastest.
How do I get my orders? Do I have to be at home to receive it?
Your order will be sent by Singpost. From 8 April 2019 onwards, a tracking number will be updated into the system and you will be notified via email. With the tracking number, you can track the status at the Singpost website at: https://www.singpost.com/track-items. The tracking system is only applicable for Singapore deliveries.
And no, you don’t need to be at home to receive it since our standard package size (SIZE) allows for it to be dropped into your mailbox if you are not at home at the time of delivery. We made sure to make things as convenient as possible for you.
Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse or shop?
We believe in delivering your very own personal box with amazing products to you, so unfortunately, we do not offer self-collection. Also, we do not have a shop (yet :)). Do follow us on Social Media though to catch us at one of our offline sales events!
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
We are so sorry for the delay with your package! Firstly - don't worry, we will figure out what went wrong. Please email us at email@example.com and we will investigate to get the product to you as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Oops! This has happened to even the best of us at some time or other. Not to worry! If it happens to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can make the change before your personal box is sent on its way. In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, 4MEGlam will not be liable for any replacement or refund. Why? Because unfortunately our logistics provider will charge an additional cost for any change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong or invalid address.
